Before & after breast lift with aug. Not happy. Any suggestions? (Photo)

Question

Hi! I am 5 months post op, and I am not happy with my results. I feel like my breast look like they are in the same place as before, and it doesn't even look like I received a lift. I also feel like they are too big, they are 300cc low profile. I have spoke to my doctor who said he can do a revision, but didn't give much input on what I should do or what size to get. If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I agree you don't look lifted at all- why don't you do a real lift this time and go down to the 200-250cc range- sounds like a winner!

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice

If you feel you are too large, then go with something smaller. You might even consider removing the implants and revising the lift, depending upon what size you actually want to be. Your breasts naturally sit somewhat low on your chest and cannot be raised to sit high. The base of your breasts cannot be moved, and your nipples should sit in the middle of and at the fullest part of your breast mound, not higher.

You definitely had a mastopexy (breast lift) performed with your augmentation.  I agree that the breasts could be somewhat higher and more round.
The photos submitted are a bit blurry so I could not make out the scars-which appeared to be a lollipop?  You will have much nicer results with a revision lollipop mastopexy.  IF the breasts are too large, then consider reducing your implants to a 225cc volume.

Thanks for posting the before and after photos. I see an improvement. But if you are not 'happy', then revision lift would be indicated for more lift. Return to your chosen operative surgeon or seek second opinions.
