I am 39, 5’5 & 170lbs (may lose 10 or 15lbs) The largest part of my stomach is 43 in, the smallest part is 39 in. I have had three kids 19/9/3 and my stomach area has always been my prob area. I would really like to get Liposuction and fat trans or just lipo and want to know if I would be a good candidate versus a tummy tuck since I cannot afford. My stomach does not hang over. The 360 liposuction would address your upper abdomen, lower abdomen, and waist around your middle and lower back. Then the fat would be transferred to your butt and hips to give you a more hour glass shape. Not sure how loose your lower abdominal skin is right now from the pictures, but if you had looseness that you wanted tighter you could do a mini tummy tuck at some point in the future after your lipo and BBL. You could not have them done at the same time anyway because recovery is on your butt for the mini TT, and recovery is on the stomach after the BBL. Good luck!

You may benefit from liposuction of the abdomen. 10 lbs can safely be removed during on session of liposuction. After 3 pregnancies, the fascia is usually damaged and that is why a tummy tuck is recommended. If you cannot afford a tummy tuck then liposuction is the next alternative.
