Yes, you are a good candidate for 360 lipo and BBL. The 360 liposuction would address your upper abdomen, lower abdomen, and waist around your middle and lower back. Then the fat would be transferred to your butt and hips to give you a more hour glass shape. Not sure how loose your lower abdominal skin is right now from the pictures, but if you had looseness that you wanted tighter you could do a mini tummy tuck at some point in the future after your lipo and BBL. You could not have them done at the same time anyway because recovery is on your butt for the mini TT, and recovery is on the stomach after the BBL. Good luck!

At 5'5 and 170 lbs, your BMI is 28 which puts you in the overweight category. You may benefit from liposuction of the abdomen. 10 lbs can safely be removed during on session of liposuction. After 3 pregnancies, the fascia is usually damaged and that is why a tummy tuck is recommended. If you cannot afford a tummy tuck then liposuction is the next alternative.

Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection.
