Could consuming alcohol within 24 hours of lip injections dissolve filler & not achieve full results?

Hi, I have an event scheduled the evening of my lip injection appointment. I've read that consuming alcohol after injections can increase swelling, but would it risk dissolving my lip filler and not achieving full results?
