Hi there, I've been getting my lips filled for years, the last few times with restylane. About 6 months my regular doctor filled them once again with restylane kiss. I developed a vertical line above the left side of my upper lip as you can see in the pictures. As the filler wore off over months, the vertical line became smaller, but never disappeared. reversible, and reappears larger every time my lips get refilled. Can you tell me what happened? It's as if a tunnel seemed to have been created from that day forward that gets bigger or smaller depending on how much filler is in there. Is there any way to fix this?

The symptoms you describe are most likely completely unrelated to your Restylane treatment, especially five months after treatment. I encourage you to contact your primary care physician to review your symptoms and discuss treatment options.
