One PS suggested 485cc mod+ to get to a full C/small D, and another PS said 345cc HP to get to full C/D. Who is correct? (Photo)

5'1" 119lbs bwd 11.7cm had 2 kids. I'm absolutely confused on which ps is more accurate with the amount of cc's for my size to achieve a full c small d for mod+ and HP. Pictures attached.
