I had 345cc under the muscle silicone and can now feel something hard along the inside incision of my right breast. Is that my body healing or is the implant falling? Sorry if this sounds dumb.

Answer: Bumps along incision Thanks for the great question and congratulations on your surgery. What you are feeling is likely a suture holding the skin edges together. Depending on what type of sutures are used, these may be palpable for up to a few months after surgery. It will gradually diminish with time. Best of luck!~Dr. Sieber

Answer: Most likely sutures Congratulations on your surgery. What you are most likely feeling are the deep sutures that you cannot see better under the skin holding it together. As scar tissue forms to anchor the skin. These lumps will fade away. It takes 6 to 9 months sometimes. Hope that's helpful.
