I have indents on either side of my mouth where I have small smile lines. It's not the lines that bother me but the fact that in certain light the indents are very pronounced, such as when my head is turned to the side but facing a light source (as in the photo provided). They don't seem to be nasolabial folds, but instead more resemble dimples. I don't know what caused them or what exactly I should do to correct the problem, as this is an area that moves often when I smile etc. Thanks!
