Great question. Go to an expert injector and someone who has good experience with tear trough injection. This is a very sensitive area and requires a gentle touch. Some surgeons will recommend external skin tightening before resorting to filler injections. Best wishes, Dr. ALDO :)
Thank you for your question! I would advise you to make an appointment with board certified provider, regardless if it is plastic surgeon or dermatologist. It has to be a doctor who has experience with this type of injections. Best of luck!

Hello and thank you for your question. It does not matter too much what is the specialty of the physician if you are only looking for dermal fillers injections under the eyes/tear trough area. As long as they are experienced injectors. But if eyelids surgery is something you are thinking about, seeing an oculoplastic surgeon would make sense. I hope this help. Good luck,
I have significant experience working with under eye fillers. Rather than going by a particular specialty ask your provider how many under eye filler procedures they have done and to see pictures of their previous work. A good number for under eye fillers would be 100 or more.
Hi @Rdhead1. Thank you for your question. Most facial filler products that are injected into this area should ideally be placed in the tissue plane directly on top of the bone, or at least underneath the eyelid muscle layer. If a facial filler product is placed too superficial in the skin, or on...
I have significant experience working with under eye fillers. I have many clients under 30 and a few under 20. Since everyone ages differently I don’t believe 19 is too young to start. You can always start with 1 syringe of Voluma split among 2 sides.
There are a lot of different factors that can affect the quality and appearance of skin, including underlying health issues, genetics, weight loss, and the environment. Sometimes, lack of sleep and dehydration can contribute to less healthy-appearing skin. I recommend drinking...
The best way to treat this area would be to have Botox injected into the glabella area. I would also put a small amount of Restylane into this area to give you a beautiful relaxed effect. Please consult a board certified cosmetic dermatologist for the best results. Best, Dr. Green
Hyaluronidase helps to reabsorb the hyaluronic acid in a filler such as Restylane or Juvederm and it is very specific. It's a very safe material and it might take several weekly injections to get a desirable result. It is important to get an evaluation by an skilled physician who...
It appears you have post injection bruising. It can happen frequently, and will resolve with time. If there are any changes, I would recommend following up with your injector.
