My areolas have a 6cm diameter and I’d like to reduce the size. I don’t have a hard edge either because I’m so fair and so are my areolas (very, very light pink). I know people use nipple lightening cream all over but is it possible to just trace around the edges to make my areolas appear smaller? Maybe with a hydroquinone product? I’d like try every avenue before going with surgery. Thanks!

Breasts come in all shapes and sizes, as do the areola. If you would like yours smaller and more in proportion with the rest of the breast you can have them reduced. The incision will be around the areola and will address the herniated or "puffy" appearance as well.
