Your best option to reduce the size of your nipples is surgery. It may be performed under local anesthesia and is very effective.  A healthy diet and exercise are good for you, but it is unlikely to reduce the size of your nipples.

If this is the problem a very simple surgery under local anesthesia can do the job. (in the meantime don't show your nipples to "all your friends")
