Your best option to reduce the size of your nipples is surgery. It may be performed under local anesthesia and is very effective.  A healthy diet and exercise are good for you, but it is unlikely to reduce the size of your nipples.

It is possible to reduce the size of your nipple with surgery. I don’t think there are any nonsurgical methods available.
