I had implants placed under the muscle as well as have my nipples reduced in length at the same time. I didn’t plan on having any more children but 1 is on the way and I wonder if I can still breastfeed after the nipple reduction. Surgery was about 2yrs ago.

Breasts come in all shapes and sizes, as do the areola. If you would like yours smaller and more in proportion with the rest of the breast you can have them reduced. The incision will be around the areola and will address the herniated or "puffy" appearance as well.
