How do I get smaller nipples naturally?

mean my nipples are abnormally large and I'm so embarrassed I can't change infront of anyone and it doesn't seem to be shrinking I really can't afford surgery is there anything else I can do about it please I really need help with this

Your best option to reduce the size of your nipples is surgery. It may be performed under local anesthesia and is very effective.  A healthy diet and exercise are good for you, but it is unlikely to reduce the size of your nipples.

It is possible to reduce the size of your nipple with surgery. I don’t think there are any nonsurgical methods available.

Thanks for your question.  It is possible to reduce nipples as an outpatient procedure under local anesthetic.  A plastic surgeon will be able to discuss the pros and cons, recovery time etc  in more detail.
