How do I get smaller nipples naturally?

mean my nipples are abnormally large and I'm so embarrassed I can't change infront of anyone and it doesn't seem to be shrinking I really can't afford surgery is there anything else I can do about it please I really need help with this

Thank you for sharing your question and I am sorry that your nipples have caused you embarrassment. Unfortunately there is no medication, cream, ointment, or pill that can reduce the size or projection of your nipple, only surgery can do this.  See a board certified plastic surgeon in consultation, they can best discuss your treatment options.  Best wishes.
