I had chin liposuction a few years ago, it appeared to be fine at first, but recently I lost some weight and I think it uncovered some underlying issues. I have attached a picture of me which reveals an irregularity under my chin. I would like to know two things: 1. What is causing it (is it damaged muscle or scar tissue?) 2. How can it be fixed?
