Chin liposuction irregularity. What is causing this? How can it be fixed?

Thank you for your email. You mentioned about recent weight loss. This can cause skin excess and residual skin in your chin area. You need a detailed consultation with a qualified plastic surgeon to assess the skin surface, skin excess and give possible solutions e.g. neck lift, further liposuction and or fat graft. without having been there it's hard to say for certain but my best guess is you simply had poorly done liposuction by someone who is less than competent. You look like you may be a good candidate for revision of liposuction to try to get this looking better.  Patients who have been over treated typically don't do well with revisions but you appear to still have a substantial amount of fat in the areas that were under treated. Choose carefully.
