Just chin and jawline filler, or CoolMini too? (photos)

Question

Trying to decide whether to go for jawline and chin filler, or if I need cool sculpting around neck and chin area first. I’m skinny but don’t have a defined jawline and a little bit of fat around neck. I have a weak chin. I would just book a consultation but I feel like if I book one with a doc who does fillers they will tell me to get fillers, and if I book with a doc who does cool sculpting they will say cool sculpting. Hope someone can give me some advice. Thank you.

Don't waste money and pain on fillers or freezing the fat. Get tumescent liposuction of the jawline and neck under local and see amazing results right away and enjoy the new you.

I offer a variety of treatments for the chin and jawline area, including fillers and CoolSculpting. Looking at your pictures, I don't think CoolMini is the best option for you. I think you would get better results with a combination of radiofrequency and ultrasound treatments (Thermi, Ultherapy) along with fillers and Sculptra. Of course you would need an in-person consultation and evaluation to determine which specific treatments are best for you. Make sure you are under the care of an experienced physician provider. Cool sculpting works fantastically well in this area, however in this photograph I am not convinced it would be the best treatment option for you. In order for it to work effectively you would need to be able to pinch the area and you have a minimal amount to pinch. Chin and jawline filler will lengthen and give a more defined look. The small pocket you have here could be melted away with an injection (I will attach some information) if it really bothered you. I would suggest meeting with a fully trained medical professional face to face so that they can assess your face from all angles. They should be able to show you examples of their work and device a treatment plan that is bespoke to you. We often plan treatments over a period of time to get the best results.

I do both CS and filler. I would need to examine you to determine exactly where your fat is. If it is under the platysma muscle then can’t treat it with CS or Kybella. Kybella May be your best option if the small amount of fat is furthe back because CS can’t target this area. Start with CS or Kybella then consider filler
