Volume and symmetry of the face created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Implants or fat are alternatives. Fillers along with Botox can provide an eyebrow lift. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Dear anonimoIT,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Thank you for your question. Given your pictures I would not look at surgery as an option to address your side profile. Start by consulting a local Cosmetic Doctor and discuss exactly what you are looking to achieve. What exactly is it that you do not like about your side profile? How do you feel it can be enhanced? Be specific during the consultation so that the doctor can make precise recommendations to address your concerns. Best Regards, Dr. Bector
The best thing to do is schedule an in person consultation with a local aesthetic physician to discuss what it is you do not like about your profile and to come up with treatments options to improve this. If jawline definition is what you are looking, a filler like Sculptra Aesthetic could be injected along the posterior jawline.
