One of the most common and effective non surgical options is to use dermal fillers to fill in areas of volume loss and create a temporary (1-2 years) improvement in appearance. Hyaluronic acid fillers are a great option for immediate results and are easily reversed. Sculptra provides longer lasting results but often requires multiple injections for long term results. Botox can be used to help with some symmetry concerns if the symmetry is related to overactive muscle tone on one side of the face.
