When I was younger I asked my parents for help but they always told me I was fine, that my face was not uneven. That it was all in my mind. I first noticed the unevenness of my face when I was 12 through pictures. The left side of my face is smaller than my right side. My left eye is smaller and my nose looks slightly slanted to the left. I would like to have my facial asymmetry corrected without going under the knife. Is it possible?

Fillers are commonly used to correct facial asymmetries related to difference in volume. Most people have a certain degree of facial asymmetry. A filler like Sculptra Aesthetic could be injected the left half of the face to improve the asymmetry you are seeing. Asymmetries in the nose are not easily corrected using filler and in most case are only improve after surgical rhinoplasty.

You will need several treatments that build up your natural collagen over time, but once complete, the results will last for many years.  Another option would be fat transfer, if you have any body fat that could be extracted for the procedure.
