The depression can be fixed nicely with subcision under local and the addition of either a filler or a thin eptfe implant.

Thanks for your question. yes this could be corrected with filler but please seek the advice of an experienced injector and one that is confident in dealing with noses as this is a delicate area. there are other options available such as laser and micro needling
