I have a thin oval face I hate my face I want to add some weight in cheeks and lower volume area face.. I want Wide face with good shape .. Plz help me doctors it is possible to do ?

Hi, thank you for your question. Yes, fillers are a non-surgical option to add width and dimension to your face. One of the potential downsides to dermal filler used for this purpose is the cost; It can take 5-6 syringes (or more) to build up the cheekbones and jawline.

Hi Richie Vijay, Thanks for posting your query and photo. You look handsome and if you feel you still need to add up volume to your face then Fat graft is a good option. Thank you for your question. From your picture it seems that your best non-surgical option would be Dermal Fillers. Fillers are effective at adding both facial width and dimension by augmenting your cheeks and jawline. Dermal fillers typically last from between 8-12 months before a repeat treatment is needed. In order to build volume around the cheeks and lower face you many need 5 or more syringes of Dermal Filler. This can get quite costly.
Start by seeing a Cosmetic Doctor for a consultation to determine what's possible, product and pricing. Once you have that information you can make a more informed decision about non-surgical vs surgical procedures.

Hi Richie,
It is absolutely possible to widen your face with fillers.  With men I like to use a product called Radiesse to define and widen the angle of the jaw and make it more defined.  With you  I would probably add volume at the side of the jaw as well, from the earlobe down to the angle of the jaw.  I like Radiesse for this purpose because it is a calcium based product, made of the same calcium molecules in your bones, and it can give a very sculpted look.  I might add some to the lower cheeks, or the underside of he cheek bone, to widen the face without feminizing it.  You can really use any of the fillers for this but if you want a long lasting to permanent result you should look into a product called bellafill.  If it is your first time with fillers I would start with a non permanent product. I hope this helps.
