Would I have to re-pierce a septum piercing if I had rhinoplasty? (Photo)

ManicBaby
I realize that I would have to remove the jewelry to have the surgery done; yet my question is if I would have to get it redone or if there is any chance that the surgery can be done and leave the hole for the piercing. I just am planning to get a small bump removed from the middle/ bridge of my nose, yet I have my septum pierced, (obviously). I know how the surgery is preformed, medical advice; would it be possible to but lower and not go though the piercing hole?
