I would be highly unlikely that a pinch to your nose two years after rhinoplasty would produce any damage.
At this point, your nose has properly healed. Therefore pinching your tip is highly unlikely to have caused permanent damage. In unlikely case of a large tip graft, some shifting could have occurred, but would be rather obvious within days, or as soon as the swelling has subsided.
Thank you for your question, tinapx0. We surgeons always appreciate our carefully-minded patients. It takes up to 12 months for a nose to heal after Rhinoplasty. As such, your nose should be stable enough to resist any major changes due to minor bumps. The pinch could affect the tip of your nose depending on its strength. If it continues to bother you and provide discomfort, I suggest you schedule a follow-up appointment with the surgeon who performed your Rhinoplasty. Best wishes,
I highly doubt that a pinch of your nasal tip disrupted any results that you had from surgery two years ago. If there is swelling or bruising then perhaps you should see your surgeon to reassure you.
