I would be highly unlikely that a pinch to your nose two years after rhinoplasty would produce any damage.
At this point, your nose has properly healed. Therefore pinching your tip is highly unlikely to have caused permanent damage. In unlikely case of a large tip graft, some shifting could have occurred, but would be rather obvious within days, or as soon as the swelling has subsided.
