Seeking 4th revision rhinoplasty. How can I straighten my nose and tip without too much risk? (Photo)

We can see, at your nasal base, that your tip appears to veer to the right side. This is relatively slight, and I'm not sure it is worth the risk and expense of a fourth surgery to try to improve upon this. I would find an absolute legendary revision expert like Dr. Goksel (Turkey) or Dr. Robotti (Italy) or Dr. Cerkes (Turkey) or Dr. Rohrich (USA). A 4th revision is not an endeavor that you want to take on with anyone else other than a legitimate expert in the world of revision rhinoplasty.

From these photos, the nose does indeed appear wide, and the tip, in most of the photos, seems long, too.

An expert revision surgeon would need to see you in person to know what could be done in another operation. He would have to feel the nose, look inside, determine where the cartilages are, where the scar tissue is, review what was done before. It's entirely possible that you could get more improvement, but unfortunately I can't tell you anything definitive based on just the photos.
