Nose too wide after revision with rib. Will another revision fix this? (Photos)

Question

Hi I had primarty rhinoplasty in 2023, revision in 2024. My nose was very crooked after primary, I also had valve collapse and breathing problems. My natural nose had slim bridge, now after revision is wide and tip is wide too, spreader grafts were used to correct crookedness. Can another revision fix the width issue and how? I’m attaching pictures for your evaluaton.

Thanks cladcat6 for your question! After several procedures, it's normal to feel let down, particularly if the outcomes don't meet your expectations. A revision rhinoplasty can be used to treat a broad nasal bridge and tip.
By using cartilage reshaping to reshape the nasal tip, a qualified plastic surgeon can improve the form of your nose.  To narrow the tip, the surgeon may remove or alter the lower lateral cartilages. In some cases, cartilage grafts (often from the septum or ear or rib) can be used to add support and refine the tip's shape.   
Your surgeon may use graft removal or reshaping to treat the nasal bridge. The surgeon may decide to partly remove or reshape the spreader grafts if they are adding to the width. 
To shorten the bridge or provide a more distinct dorsal line, further grafting procedures could be used in specific circumstances.
A board-certified plastic surgeon with experience in revision rhinoplasty should be consulted. They can evaluate your unique issues and provide a customized treatment strategy. When it comes to complicated procedures like spreader grafts and nose tip refining, look for a surgeon with a lot of expertise performing revision rhinoplasty. Frankly, I am not sure if another operation to achieve a narrower appearance would be productive.
