4 months post-op rhinoplasty - what happened and can I fix it?

I had my first rhinoplasty 4 months ago because I never liked my hump. Where did my tip definition go (from the front)? Nostrils have become smaller, the nose is wider, short and is not even straight.

Answer: 4 months post-operative if it's still a bit too soon to evaluate your results after rhinoplasty.
In general, it is difficult to evaluate somebody with a single up close photograph of their nose. Since you have had two nasal surgeries, it may be best to avoid further surgery which would be exponentially more difficult than the first. Wishing you well moving forward. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
While it's true that the nose tends to de-project with time after surgery, three months is a long time already, and your nose doesn't look very swollen, which indicates that the tip probably won't deproject meaningfully over the next many months. You'll probably want a revision.

Thanks jerseyyam for your question! It seems that you're not quite happy with how your revision rhinoplasty turned out. You are particularly worried about the increased de-rotation and tip projection.
