I’m sorry if it looks gross or too graphic but I’m not sure who to ask. Is been 8 years since I had my open rhinoplasty surgery. I’ve adapted to the fact that my nose is uneven and only able to breath about 40% out of my left nostril. However, I kept feeling something and kept poking at it wit my finger thinking it was a dry boger. Decided to use one of those ear cameras to look inside and saw this. What could this be?
