It seems that you have a kind of saddle nose, which means a collapsed bridge in the middle. It can be fixed with cartilage graft. But before doing graft, your nose needs to be examined to evaluate whether the septum is intact enough to hold the overlying cartilage graft. Small to moderate saddling without weak septum can be fixed with cartilage onlay graft. Large saddling with weak septum requires strengthening the septum first before adding cartilage graft on the bridge. Thanks.
