Is it possible to increase the height of the bridge of the nose? (Photos)

Question

I had previous rhinoplasty that gave me a bridge that sits too low. The reason for the surgery was to fix a deviated nose and they did improve the symmetry somewhat but they removed too much. The nose tip is also too much up. I want to increase the bridge by about 2-3 mm. I would like to know if it is possible to fix these issues and how. I simulated the changes that I like to achieve in the attached image. I can travel worldwide to get this fixed.

Augmenting the dorsum can do done using a variety of substrates.  You'd likely need a septal extension graft for caudal rotation of your tip.

Augmenting the nose will require adding Cartlidge graft. In other countries implants are often used, but most American plastic surgeons typically use autologous tissue. If you’ve had the septoplasty, then you may not have sufficient Cartlidge to harvest from the septum.
This leaves ear, cartilage or rib cartilage to use.
I agree that your nose appears over resected that we generally want to see before and after pictures before making an assessment on the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure.
The outcome was slightly feminized, which is somewhat unfortunate.
Revision rhinoplasty surgery is more complex and difficult than primary procedures. The choice of provider is Paramount.
Looks for plastic surgeons who specialize exclusively in rhinoplasty surgery, or at least have rhinoplasty surgery represent a large portion of their career.
Look for senior plastic surgeons, who been in practiced for at least one or two decades.
