As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. Hello @Chi247044, thank you for your question and showing your picture. Body parts do not all have the same size or shape. There are generally certain asymmetries. For example, one eyebrow is different from the other and the same happens with our eyes. I almost do not need to even look at pictures anymore when someone like you asks about eye asymmetry. Almost all the time it is due to ptosis (droop). You are no exception. The problem is that there is a difference in the amount of droop between the two eyes and you are making up the difference by how much your muscles pull on your lid. You need to see a Plastic or Ophthalmic Plastic surgeon who is an expert in treating ptosis.
