Is it possible to have an inner thigh lift in December and body/mons lift in late March? Best strategy?

I’ve lost about 140lbs and wonder about the combination of a body lift, mons pubis lipo, and medial thigh lift. Is it reasonable to have the inner thigh lift in December and the body/mons lift in late March of the following year. I’m looking to go under as least as possible and minimize the time between surgeries b/c of a demanding job

However, I'd like to mention that, based on my experience having performed hundreds of body lift procedures combined with thigh lifts, these two procedures can often be done during the same operation. This approach minimizes the number of times you have to undergo anesthesia, which reduces the overall risk.

That said, your personal health status and individual needs will ultimately dictate the best course of action. While we always aim to limit the frequency of anesthesia and surgery, your wellbeing is the top priority.

The usual sequencing of these procedures is to have the lower body lift done first, followed by the thigh lift at a future date.  The incision linefor the thigh lift is placed right in the crease between your mons and your thigh.  If the thigh lift procedure is done first, when the lower body lift is done, and the mons/abdomen is elevated,  it moves the scar that used to be in the crease of your leg up onto your lower abdomen. In order to avoid this, you do the lower body lift first and do the thigh lift at a later date, then you know the scar from the thigh lift will stay where you put it. Best wishes.

you should be fully healed prior to another elective procedure. Most surgeons would recommend you wait at least 6 months between procedures. It is wonderful what you have achieved losing that weight!!!
Non of the surgeries that you will need will be short or small. All procedures represent very large and invasive surgeries which will take much longer to heal in comparison with any other patient who is not a massive weight loss patient. 
So the recommendation is to wait at least 5-6 months in between after you are fully recover and totally healed. 
Just think How much time and effort has taken to lose that weight? So our body needs time to recover.

Three months would be a minimum amount of time, while six months would be better.  Your surgeon will be the best one to advise you as she/he is most familiar with your history as well as your surgical plan.
