it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like there is some loose skin on the back and hips so tummy tuck might not be the best solution. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Thank you for your question about what procedure is best for you and whether that procedure would be a lower body lift. Thank you for your pictures and your history. Congratulations on your weight loss. First, let's define what a 360 circumferential lower body lift includes. A 360 circumferential lower body lift includes the elimination of excess lower abdominal skin and fat (tummy tuck), rectus abdominis muscle plication, mons lift/reduction, hip lift/reduction, and buttock lift/reduction. From your pictures, you have had an extended tummy tuck with excellent results. Therefore, you do not need a complete 360 circumferential lower body lift. You only need the backside or posterior body lift. That would include a hip lift /reduction and a buttock lift/reduction. The posterior body lift would extend your tummy tuck scar to the top of the your buttock crack. The posterior body lift will permanently remove the dog ears left over from your tummy tuck and eliminate/reduce the cellulite around your outer thighs/hip. Basically, since you already have had the tummy tuck, you are completing the 360 circumferential lower body lift by now doing the posterior body lift. It is wonderful your achievement after weight loss.
After losing an important amount of weight the saggy tissues will be observed in the majority of cases, 360 of out body.
So the tummy’s tuck is designed to only improve the abdominal area above incision, but you have developed saggy outer thighs, saggy buttocks and you will be candidate to complete the 360 Lower Body Lift, and do a real lifting of the missing áreas: outer thighs and buttocks lift.
I would add a little liposuction to lovehandles and waist to use that small amout to transfer to buttocks because after the lifting they will become a bit flatter.

Thank you for your question. In order to create the best result for you, I would recommend a lower body lift as well as a thong lift and a Brazilian butt lift-fat transfer to fill out the indentation of the lateral buttock. You are an excellent candidate for this. Best wishes to you.
