I have cap con on my right breast. My breasts feel too wide and big for my body and daily life. Instead of just fixing the cap con, I’ve decided to replace both with smaller implants. Currently have 330cc moderate profile, fully cohesive, over the muscle. My surgeon has suggested a slightly smaller diameter, 275cc, responsive gel. He also said he could move my implants about a cm apart more since I feel I have too much cleavage. I feel these are too minuscule changes and I’ll look the same
