As the cause of your concern is over resection of the fat underneath your skin, which then exposed, underlying muscle and jawline, and gave you a harsh appearance to your neck, the only treatment that I did not see that you tried but may be of some help would be fat grafting to try and add volume to soften the appearance. Given the refractory nature of your condition, the remaining alternative is to surgically cut these neck bands. I would suggest utilizing the prior neck lift incisions around your ears for access. Dissecting down to the neck and severing these cords while performing a platysmaplasty to re-approximate the muscle could be an effective approach. While cutting the neck muscles is an older treatment method for neck cords, it remains extremely powerful, especially in refractory situations like yours.

I would suggest finding someone who does a fair amount of micro fat injections to the face and neck and have fat carefully added in the thinned areas.
