Hi I am a 26 y/o female who had a chin implant placed in November of 2020 along with chin liposuction. I had it on for a full year and had it removed November 2021 because it changed my smile and was unhappy with it. Now it has been 9 months since I got the implant removed and I am worried about chin ptosis. When I smile my chin sags/hangs and droops down. It looks normal when my face is relaxed. Can this be corrected? I posted pictures. Thanks in advance.
