It appears that you have adequate chin projection but a significant asymmetry of your jawline. thank you for posting your question. The choice of chin surgery or chin implant depends all on what you are aiming for. There are implants that are not adding too much projection on the front, but more lateral. Sometimes additional work on the overlying soft tissue (chin pad) adds to achieve better symmetry, and a better aesthetic and balanced result. Listening to a few approaches of surgeons who are experienced in chin surgery might be a good start. This will allow you to learn more about the different approaches and to make an informed decisison of what works for you best.
