I recommend you avoid surgical intervention for the purpose of correcting facial asymmetry.
Unless you need a chin implant, you shouldn’t have that procedure.
100% of people have facial asymmetry.
This is normal.
The human brain is accustomed to seeing all people with facial a symmetry and people typically don’t see it in other individuals.
You probably don’t see facial symmetry in your friends and family, for example.
During embryological development, two sides of the face develop independently from each other and eventually fuse in the midline.
Facial asymmetry is based on skeletal structure.
It’s not just your chin that’s a symmetrical, but your face which is true for all people.
Simply attempting to manipulate an implant is unlikely to correct what you’re concerned about.
This is better left untreated.
