Chin implant for enhanced symmetry? (Photo)

Greetings, I would like to ask what kind of chin implant I could get to enhance the symmetry of my lower part of the face. As you can see on the pictures my chin and mouth are looks different from left to right. My chin deviates toward one side, which creates an uneven look. I’m looking for a permanent solution to make my chin look wider, more symmetrical and less pointy. Best regards Florian

When chin implants become infected, it can happen from trauma to the oral cavity. If the small amount of bacteria from the mouth gets introduced into the area of the implant, infection may ensue. Based on your photos, I'm not convinced that this is the case. There may simply be some local...

Based on your photos, you appear to have a relatively retrusive chin appearance on profile, with excess neck fat, under your chin. Chin implant surgery, combined with neck liposuction surgery, may lead to dramatic improvements in the appearance of somebody's jawline and chin appearance....
