Banding in neck - what can I do? (Photo)

I have cording in neck after laser lipo for mild laxity under chin and then tried to correct with neck lift with incisions around ears and under chin but bands still present as neck has a pulled and ropey appearance when I lift my chin up. I have tried many things to correct such as PRP, Morpheus, peels, threads, Botox etc but nothing seems to work. This has consumed my well being about myself and I feel doomed I will never look close to normal again. Not sure what else to do.

Actually, a facelift would be helpful, but you can get some good improvement with minimally invasive skin tightening with radiofrequency and J plasma like Renuvion plus liposuction.

I would suggest finding someone who does a fair amount of micro fat injections to the face and neck and have fat carefully added in the thinned areas.
