Can someone please help me and let me know if having the aggressive lipo360 with JPlasma on my front, back, and minor fat transfer will be beneficial for me? Thank you in advance for your honesty.
Answer: Lipo360 In general, the benefits of an aggressive lipo360 with JPlasma on the front, back, and minor fat transfer depend on various factors, including the amount and distribution of fat in the treated areas, skin quality and elasticity, and individual preferences and goals. Lipo360 with JPlasma is a surgical procedure that involves removing excess fat from the entire circumference of the body, including the abdomen, waist, hips, back, and flanks, using a combination of liposuction and JPlasma energy. This procedure can help sculpt and contour the body, creating a more defined and proportionate silhouette. However, it is important to note that this procedure is not a substitute for weight loss or a healthy lifestyle. Fat transfer, also known as fat grafting, is a procedure that involves harvesting fat from one part of the body and transferring it to another area to enhance volume and contour. Minor fat transfer can be performed as part of the lipo360 with JPlasma procedure to enhance specific areas of the body, such as the buttocks or breasts. Based on your pictures, it looks like you would be a great candidate. Of course, an « in person » consultation is necessary. I hope this helps, Best of luck !

Answer: Mega Lipoabdominoplasty Thank you, Jackiesala for your question & Photographs. It is practically difficult to answer without personal examination as skin assessment, fat assessment and muscle tone as well as the visceral fat assessment is necessary before giving you perfect answer. However, from the photographs it seems that you need a mega liposuction. At present, the skin appears to be excess & J plasma definitely tighten the skin but practically difficult to comment on the extent of tightening as there will be further loosening of skin after liposuction. Personally I feel that you will benefit more with the lipo-abdominoplasty where extra skin is exercised after liposuction. Please consult board certified plastic surgeon. Best wishes! DR. Answer: Liposuctioned and fat transfer The choice of procedure should be based on having a clear understanding of what the underlying problem is. There are four variables that determine what the abdomen looks like. Patients should choose procedures the treat the underlying ideology or problem. The four variables that determine what the abdomen looks like our abdominal skin laxity typically related to previous pregnancies or weight loss, excess subcutaneous fat, muscle separation from previous pregnancies and excess visceral or intra-abdominal fat. If somebody doesn’t like the way, the abdomen looks it is always because of one or more of these for variables. Based on your pictures, it looks like you have skin Laxcity is the main issue regarding your abdomen. Do not expect liposuction with or without Renuvion to treat skin laxity. If you want to type flat abdomen, you’ll need a full tummy tuck. Your bottom is already proportionately large, and I see no indication for adding volume with fat transfer. On top of this, you have cellulite, which is made worse from fat grafting. You’re a good candidate for Liposuction to reduce your love handles and lower back, but not for your abdomen where the problem is more related to skin laxity then it is excess fat. Overall, you’re not a great candidate for Liposuction, with the exception of love handles and lower back. For the front of your abdomen, a tummy tuck is a far better procedure. To get a more accurate assessment and better understanding of treatment options I recommend all patients have multiple in person consultations with experienced board-certified plastic surgeons in their community before scheduling surgery. There’s no correct number of consultations needed but the more consultations you have the more likely you are to choose the best provider. I generally recommend patient start by having at least five in person, consultations before scheduling, permanent and irreversible body contouring procedures. Delivering consistent quality, liposuction, results is more difficult than most people recognize. The number of plastic surgeons who can consistently deliver quality results including the ability to make an accurate assessment and deliver predictable outcomes is relatively small. Patients should be more selective than they think necessary when it comes to choosing providers for these procedures. Renuvion is unlikely to make a significant difference in individuals who have significant skin laxity. Best, Mats Hagstrom, MD
