My waist is very small, but i have a tiny back roll on my left that won't go away, even if i'm under weight. And small fat pockets on my sides where my in my waist indents. I would prefer not to have lipo on my stomach if i could avoid it. I'm a mom of two and i'm afraid it would look "lumpy" if I had 360 lipo. So my question is could I achieve my goal with just flank lipo or would I have to do 360 lipo?
Answer: Liposuction Yes, I think you would do well with liposuction in the areas of concern. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing your options.

Answer: 360 or flank lipo for smaller waist? Waist and flank lipo is going to make your waist smaller for sure. Abdominal lipo will also help your overall look. If you are afraid of lumpiness just make sure to choose a surgeon with no history of it. Plus, most girls that get lumpiness probably weren’t the ideal patent for lipo…. they probably hade lots of fat and too much skin. This makes it harder to perform liposuction without unevenness. Therefore patients like these are probably best served with a Tummy Tuck rather then aggressive lipo. This is not your case by the way. In you case, if you get 360 lipo you will have more fat for a BBL. The BBL can be done on your hips, especially your hip dips. This is a very good idea because it will improve your hips to waist ratio in a big way. Wider hips will make your waist look smaller and your silhouette will look much better. Conclusion: 360 Lipo BBL to hips, making sure liposuction on the abdomen isn’t overly aggressive, is your best option! Best of luck, Dr. Miguel Mota

Answer: Liposuction Flank liposuction alone may be a good option for you to achieve your desired result. Flank liposuction is a targeted approach that focuses on the fat deposits on the sides of your waist, whereas 360-degree liposuction, also known as circumferential liposuction, targets the entire midsection, including the abdomen, waist, and back. It's important to note that liposuction is not a weight loss procedure, but rather a body contouring procedure that can help remove small pockets of stubborn fat that are resistant to diet and exercise. Liposuction can help improve the shape and contour of your body, but it's important to maintain a healthy diet and exercise routine to maintain your results. I would recommend consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon who has experience with liposuction to determine the best approach for your individual needs and goals. The surgeon can evaluate your body and discuss the benefits and risks of each procedure to help you make an informed decision about which approach is best for you. I hope this helps, best of luck ! Answer: Skinfolds The contours that you are referring to our skin folds that happen, due to skin laxity on your back with your arms in a down position. A lot of people develop skin laxity on their back, and this typically worsens with age. The problem is not related to fat distribution, but is a skin condition. Problems related to subcutaneous fat respond well to Liposuction but skin conditions do not. If you take a picture of yourself with your arms over your head, you’ll see that the contour areas go away. Areas related to fat distribution will not be impacted by putting the skin under tension. This also explains why it doesn’t go away with weight loss. Best, Mats Hagstrom, MD

Answer: Bilateral flank lipo Hi. You don't need lipo 360 or stomach lipo. You can do flank lipo without abdomen and as long as your surgeon performs the liposuction from the back and the front you will have a good result. You should let your surgeon do lipo on both sides so they can be even. It's hard to lipo just one side to make it look exactly like the other side without doing it on both sides. In regards to your concern for lumps after surgery, Lymphatic massages help significantly to avoid that.
