I’ve had 2 tummy tucks one in 2016 & 2017 both times soon after my stomach bulged out again. I don’t have any cysts or mass or any gastrointestinal issues nor pain so I believe I have Diastasis Recti. Can this be fixed all I want is my stomach to be flat.
Answer: Multiple answers Was a muscle repair done with your tummy tucks back in 2016? If so the reason i think you are experiencing abodminal bulging is a higher volume of intraabdominal fat or visceral fat. During a tummy tuck we can not take fat off from around your organs, and if you have a fair amount it will cause this kind of abdominal bulge. The answer to improve visceral fat is to consider weight loss, and specifically i recommend GLP-1 medications. I have my old fellow who has the cheapest prices around. I highly recommend a consult with her. If you set one up make sure to say Dr. Ray sent you.

Answer: Tummy tuck I'd suggest first getting your BMI below 30. Some of the changes you are seeing may be a result of visceral fat. Once you get your BMI around 25 - 30 I'd you could consider re-tightening the rectus muscles.

Answer: If it is a diastasis, it could be fixed with an ELAP A review or CT scan is necessary. If it is a diastasis, it could be fixed with an ELAP. Endoscopic Lipoabdominoplasty (ELAP) is a novel surgical technique that combines liposuction and abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with minimal incisions and endoscopic assistance. It is designed to improve the appearance and function of the abdominal wall by removing excess fat and repairing the muscle separation (diastasis recti ) or hernia. An internal corset (muscle plication) is performed .Only three mini incisions are used, a large wound is not made as in conventional abdominoplasty.
