Okay so all these pictures are me I'm able to hide it well I try to work out alot to lose weight But it seems my stomach always gives me a hard time. 1 minute I look okay then the next minute I'm sad and confused. No one else in my family has this problem. I understand that I'm short torso and tall so my mid section is very sensitive . But do you any of you guys have any tips to help me and educate me on what the issue is???? Thank you

If you need gallbladder surgery I would highly recommend you have that first. Once you are healed from that you can have a tummy tuck performed, the advantage to doing it this way is that if you develop any hernias or scars that need to be revised they can be fixed at the time of the tummy tuck...
Looking at the CT scan your core muscles appear to be well developed with minimal intraabdominal fat. On the two static images you provided you do not appear to have a large diastasis so it is possible that in terms of lateral flank contouring you would have modest improvement with diastasis...
If you find the right general surgeon they can consider doing a laparoscopic repair of the umbilical hernia with full diastasis repair at the same time. I recommend checking out American hernia society and finding a surgeon close to you to consult with. That is a great group.
