Hello, I had my first child a little over 2 years ago at the age of 42. I've always had weak stomach muscles but since my c-section things seem worse. I 'm eating healthy, doing the right excercies for someone with Diastasis recti with no improvement. Im pretty flat when I pull my belly button in and tighten my muscles. Trying to figure out if this is a muscle issue or visceral fat? If it's a muscle issue can they be repaired laproscopic? Thank you in advance for your response.
