I have non active rheumatoid arthritis with anti ccp positive . I don't take any medication for it.I have very few symptoms like stifness,fatigue. I really want to try ultherapy. Is it safe ?

Two weeks post ultherapy is the appropriate amount of time to wait before starting another procedure. Botox, dermal fillers, IPL, and facials are all great to start which will help enhance the results of your treatment.
I would recommend waiting at least 3 months before your second Ultherapy treatment because it can take that long to see the beginning results in the first place. In the mean time, I would look at other treatment options that you can do to also enhance your results from Ultherapy....
