I have done this type of surgery on patients with your situation. As long as the surgeon is careful and experienced this type of surgery can be safe and very successfull. There is always more risk of healing in this situation but it is a reasonable risk if it is done right 

Many patients with gallbladder scars also have tummy tucks. Your scar looks like it is high on your abdomen and should have a minimal chance of healing issues. 

As long as you have healed completely from you gallbladder surgery, you can still have a tummy tuck. We don't see many old gallbladder scars as most are now removed with a laparoscope and small incisions. You can still have a tummy tuck though the upper abdominal scar will pull slightly lower. The lower abdominal scar in your photo will be gone after your procedure.
