Can sucking in your belly after a Tummy tuck ruin or stretch the muscle repair?

I tend to hold in or suck in my stomach out of habit. Will this stretch or damage my muscle repair?

You did not mention how long post surgery you are.  If you are more than a month post-op, binging will not affect your results. If you are less than one month and still taking narcotic pain pills, you will probably get constipated,and I would not recommend binging .  In either...

Yes this is either old blood,  seroma fluid, or both and it can reaccumulate.  Compression, limited activity, and close follow will solve it.  It is a common occurrence and will not cause major problems unless it gets infected which is unlikely.  Make sure to get seen again.
