Traveling to a surgeon for lip lift. How long to take off work and stay in new city?

Hello! I am researching lip lift specialists and am willing to take off work and travel for the best. If I got a bullhorn lip lift, and potentially corner lift, how long would you recommend staying in the surgeon's city before being able to fly home?
