Is a lip lift worth the cost to make my face appear more feminine and balanced? (photos)

You will ultimately need to decide if a lip lift is worth the cost, but you do appear to be a good candidate. Look through photos of people's work and try to find someone who may resemble your appearance for a sense of what your result might look like. It is hard to put price on the satisfaction that one might experience looking in a mirror and seeing a face that is cuter, more balanced and harmonious, but the feed back that I get from my patients are always very positive and validate what I do everyday. It is possible to reduce the length of your white upper lip by doing a lip lift procedure. This will produce more balance between your upper lip and your nose. In addition, it would provide more red lip show which is aesthetically more pleasing in female patients. I would recommend a facial plastic surgeon in your area.

According to these photos, you do have slightly longer upper lip, based on aesthetic standard measurements. However, your lip is full, nicely shaped and projected. I do not see specific reason for lift. In person consultation with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in facial surgery is recommended. Good luck.
