My lower lip hangs too low at rest and shows entire my lower row of teeth. It's very difficult to keep my lips closed for any long period of time . My mouth is always open and my lower teeth are very noticeable when I talk or speak in conversation causing an eye soar. I've been researching but it seems this is a very uncommon problem. What kind of procedure can bring the lower lip back to a normal position?
