My silicone nose implant fell out. What can I do?

I had rhinoplasty(closed) a few months ago & the tip of the implant has been extruding from the incision inside my nose. My surgeon doesn't live anywhere close to me so he instructed me to remove the implant fully & cover my nose to reduce infection, so I removed it my nose went back to normal & really no side effects at all. I visited a surgeon here & he said that the incision is there but it's recovering quickly & that I have little/no risk of infection. Will i need to wait 6mths for revision?
