Of course, all results depend heavily on a patients original anatomy, but I have seen many reviews where the shape of breasts (as well as their proximity to one another) changes quite drastically, and in other cases the results look like an exact replica of the original anatomy, but bigger. What strategies can surgeons use to work around a patients anatomy to bring breasts closer together? I'm also curious about changing the nipple to crease distance. Thanks!
