Did Kybella make my chin worse? Will this go away? Is this loose skin? (Photos)

Thank you for your question. Kybella can be an excellent choice to dissolve fat in the sub-mental area. This being said, if you have excess skin, Kybella can make the excess skin look even worse once the fat is reduced. Without your pre-procedure photos it is impossible to determine what is going on. My best guess is you still have some post-injection swelling though it should have resolved, or you had laxity to your skin all along and this portion was not addressed. I would return to your injector and discuss the options. I would also suggest a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who is a member of ASAPS. he/she will be able to discuss your options to remove the excess fullness and skin laxity.
