Fat transfer to inner thighs? (Photos)

Are used to weigh close to 300 pounds and have since left 150 pounds… Now I am left with disgusting saggy skin and my inner thighs… My question to the doctor is.... Is it possible to do for transfer to the inner thighs or is it better to just remove the excess skin? Here's the pictures so you all can please please please answer my question
